"Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day.  Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

This adage sums up my life purpose ,,, empowering others.

My experiences in educating and assisting others as a  Montessori teacher and as a Licensed Therapeutic Recreation Specialist expand the depth and dimension of my practice as a nationally certified Reflexologist.

My intention is to assist clients in ways to increase quality of life so they may live life with purpose and exuberance.

Clients benefit from my appreciation and practice of Mindfulness, T'ai Chi, Reiki, and Feng Shui.

I chose the fleur-de-lis as my logo as it symbolizes the holistic trinity of mind, body, and spirit which is addressed during a Reflexology session.

I believe sessions at Sacred Space Reflexology provide opportunities for clients to have "a transformative effect on one's life and destinies".

I am not a doctor.

I do not diagnose, treat, nor prescribe.

Confidentiality, HIPPA, and COVID protocols are emphasized.

If contraindications are indicated, a Reflexology session will be postponed.

"I suppose if you had to choose one quality to have, that would be vitality."    John F. Kennedy

When one enters Sacred Space Reflexology, the relaxation process begins. The use of tranquil lighting, soothing sounds, and aromatherapy create the setting for a safe and peaceful experience.

During the initial intake process, trust and rapport are established as a partnership is formed between client and myself. Pertinent information is collected to maximize the experience of Reflexology.

Clarification regarding credentialing, documentation, and the process of reflexology are explained.

Client questions are provided

The client continues to relax in the therapy room. A peaceful, serene environment is provided allowing the client to deepen the relaxation response.

To proceed with a Reflexology session, a visual assessment is done on the feet to make sure there are no contraindications for treatment.

Using specific techniques, I explore  for energy blockages which may be occurring in the body.

Texture changes, discolorations, and areas of sensitivity on the feet are noted and documented.

Input from the client is very important during the releasing process. They are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, shifts in energy, or insights that may occur as blocked energy is released.

After experiencing a deepened relaxed state and allowing the body to release trapped energy, most clients experience a deep state of relaxation as the mind, body, and spirit are harmonized.

It is during this stage that one re-connects with their true self and remembers the natural state of being.

The client is encouraged to re-visit this state of remembering knowing that balance has been restored and healing is occurring.

Celebrate your life!
